THE SERVICE
With the E-Shop Genie© Shopping Cart, Technomax will provide You with the ability to create, manage and maintain an online storefront provided, however, that You abide by the terms and conditions set forth herein and in each of Technomax's policies and procedures. Compliance with all applicable sections of our Terms of Service and Acceptable use Policy is also required.
The E-Shop Genie© Shopping Cart allows You to:
- add, access, manage and maintain a catalog of products and/or services and present said catalog on the Internet through a compiled storefront rendered as a domain (Web site) or sub-domain
- engage in the selling of physical and downloadable goods over the Internet
- arrange for the collection of payment related to applicable tax and shipping fees
- collect credit card and personal information for the purpose of conducting transactions - SSL Capability provided You will need a valid Secure Certificate
- perform order management and processing activities
- generate business reports related to storefront business activity.

ADD ON MODULES
E-Shop Genie© has the capability to integrate with both iDevAffiliate and Post Affiliate Pro which are affiliate software applications. These modules must be purchased separately and installed by you. You hire either software vendor or Technomax to perform the install. Then it's a simple matter of using the built-in integration module to add this functionality to your E-Shop Genie© system
Quickbooks data can also be imported to your local copy of QuickBooks through the E-Shop Genie© interface.
INTEGRATED PAYMENT PROCESSORS AND SHIPPERS
Currently (as of April 2006) there are 35 payment processors and 7 shippers. You simply need to set up your choice from within your Admin Area. You can also submit your information to Froogle© through the Admin Area.
STOREFRONT CONTENT
You are responsible in making sure that your products comply with all the terms and conditions of our Terms of Service and any other applicable agreement listed on this Web site.
SSL CERTIFICATES
SSL Certificates are available through us and must be installed by us. OBLIGATIONS
By using the E-Shop Genie© Software, you agree that you are age 18 or over and can make legally binding contracts under applicable law.
You agree that you have provided accurate, current and complete information in the application process and that you will notify Technomax within five (7) business days when any of the information you provided as part of the application and/or registration process changes. If you provide any information that is inaccurate, not current, false, misleading or incomplete, or if Technomax has reasonable grounds to suspect that your information is inaccurate, not current, false, misleading or incomplete, Technomax has the absolute right, in its sole discretion, to terminate its your account.
PRIVACY AND SPAM
You must post a Privacy Policy on the Website that displays your storefront as developed using E-Shop Genie© software. Such Privacy Policy shall deal with commonly accepted legal standards for protection of consumer information.
You cannot send unsolicited commercial e-mail (SPAM) using your E-Shop Genie© produced shopping site. If Technomax receives substantial proof of such activities we reserve the right to issue you a warning and if you do not comply immediately, we may shut down your service.
CUSTOMER PAYMENT AND TAXES
It is your responsibility to collect and manage all customer payments. As well, you are responsible for the payment of all applicable state provincial, federal or international taxes on products you sell using the E-Shop Genie Shopping Cart. Technomax is not responsible for the accuracy of information obtained through the Payment Method and Tax options.
