Main Admin Page
From the Main Admin Page you have access to all of E-Shop Genie's© functions.

You can add, delete or modify users, products, categories, view and manage transactions, control setting for shipping and payment methods and add coupons and discounts.

Under the settings tab you can set up tax settings, set currency rates, access Froogle settings and backup your database.

When it comes to value for cost, E-Shop Genie© might just be the best selection you can make.

The Users Tab
Under the Users Tab you can view current cart users who have signed up from your Web site, and you can, add users that purchase from your site without using the online signup form.

You can also add Administrators with full or limited privileges as you so choose. Here you can also send newsletters to your client base, groups and administrators simultaneously or limit the newsletter to just clients. This is also where you can setup your affiliate software.

You can also create and add Groups. For example, assume you have one client who purchases from you in volume and you wish to provide them with a discount. You simply need to add them here as a group and specify the discount amount and E-Shop Genie© takes care of the rest.

The Transactions Tab
Here you can view transactions, perform a transaction cleanup, export transactions to your local computer in CSV format and get transaction reports by date range.

You can also manage transaction status - Pending Approval, Awaiting Payment, Payment Received, Charged Payment, Refunded, Declined, Canceled, Error, Pending Order, Awaiting Shipment, Partially Shipped, Shipped, Shipped/Complete.

You can also export a QuickBooks .iif file to your local computer. You can select date range, payment status and order status.

The Coupons/Discount Tab
Run an advertising campaign through your newsletter, banner ads, PPC ads or whatever and give discounts using coupons. This is a great way to drum up some extra business when you feel the time is right.
